Riyadh Deputy Governor Awards King Abdulaziz Medal to Heroic Citizen

Riyadh: In implementation of the directive of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and based on the recommendation of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Deputy Governor of Riyadh Region Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz presented the King Abdulaziz Medal (First Class) to citizen Maher Fahad Al-Dalbahi. The presentation took place during a reception at the principality diwan.

According to Saudi Press Agency, this honor was bestowed upon Al-Dalbahi in recognition of his bravery in averting a potential disaster at a fuel station in Al-Dawadmi Governorate. His courageous actions were acknowledged by the deputy governor, who commended Al-Dalbahi’s heroic efforts, which represented the noble values of sacrifice and courage among the citizens of the nation.

The deputy governor emphasized that the directive from the wise leadership highlights its ongoing pride in its loyal citizens and its appreciation of their honorable and brave actions. Al-Dalbahi expressed his profound gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and HRH the Crown Prince for the recognition and support he received. He noted that his actions were driven by a sense of national and humanitarian duty, stemming from his love for his homeland.
