Maronite Patriarch, Cardinal Bechara Boutros al-Rahi, presided this morning over Sunday Mass service in Bqarqacha. In his religious homily, the Patriarch called on the deputies to stop wasting time as institutions fall one after another, waiting for inspiration from outside as minors. Al-Rahi renewed his call to the parliament council and the government to expedite the election of a president to solve outstanding problems.
