Qassim Truffle Festival Attracts Over 49,000 Visitors

Qassim: The Truffle Festival, held in Shari Center in Qassim Region, has attracted more than 49,000 visitors in the first week.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the festival showcases truffles from over 20 participating farms, alongside stalls run by families working in the cottage industry, offering a wide range of products, including dates, honey, and various food items. It features entertainment zones for children, as well as pavilions showcasing handicrafts, traditional clothing, accessories, incense, and perfumes.

Festival activities further include heritage and cultural programs, as well as traditional foods, providing an integrated experience that reflects the folk heritage of the region. The festival is organized with the aim of empowering families, improving household income levels, developing local products, and enhancing their quality.
