Makkah: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, represented by the Program for Communication with Yemeni Scholars, organized a scholarly symposium in Makkah entitled "The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its Role in Preserving Yemeni Unity."

According to Saudi Press Agency, the symposium focused on Saudi Arabia's efforts to support the Yemeni people and preserve Yemen's security, stability, and territorial integrity. It also examined the role of scholars and preachers in raising awareness of the Kingdom's positions and efforts.

The event saw the participation of several scholars, preachers, and members of the program. The discussions highlighted the importance of raising community awareness and contributing to the consolidation of Yemeni unity through scholarly and awareness initiatives.

The symposium is part of the broader programs implemented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance to enhance the role of scholars and preachers. These initiatives aim to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and historical ties between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Yemen.
