Jeddah: Republic of Maldives President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu departed Jeddah today. He was seen off at King Abdulaziz International Airport by Makkah Region Deputy Governor Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz and other senior officials.

According to Saudi Press Agency, President Muizzu's visit to Jeddah was part of his official tour, during which he engaged in discussions aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between the Maldives and Saudi Arabia. The presence of senior officials at the departure underscores the significance of the visit in fostering diplomatic ties.
