Madinah: The final groups of pilgrims heading to Makkah to perform this year's Hajj rituals departed from Miqat Dhu Al-Hulayfah in Madinah, amid a deeply spiritual and serene atmosphere. The pilgrims had begun their faith-filled journey with a visit to the Prophet's Mosque to offer prayers before entering into the state of Ihram and proceeding toward the holy sites.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the miqat witnessed smooth and efficient movement in dispatching buses and organizing pilgrims, through intensive coordination among the various governmental and private entities involved in the Hajj ecosystem. These entities mobilized their human resources and operational capabilities to ensure the pilgrims' departure was carried out with ease and tranquility.

The dispatch operations were marked by the use of advanced technologies and smart platforms to regulate bus movement and manage entry and exit procedures seamlessly. Healthcare services and emergency response teams were also widely deployed to provide immediate medical care and monitor pilgrims' well-being. In addition, multilingual guidance and awareness services were offered through interactive screens and field personnel to explain the rulings of Ihram and answer pilgrims' inquiries.

Volunteer teams also played an important role in providing support and assistance to elderly pilgrims and persons with disabilities, while distributing sun umbrellas and chilled water to departing pilgrims, reflecting the integrated efforts dedicated to serving pilgrims and facilitating their spiritual journey.
