Pilgrim Transport Guidance Center and Umm Al-Qura University Train 1,500 Staff for Enhanced Pilgrim Experience

Umm al-qura: The bus guidance center for transporting pilgrims from abroad, in collaboration with the Institute of Research and Studies and Consulting Services at Umm Al-Qura University and under the supervision of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, has initiated a comprehensive training program for guides and administrators.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the program aims to qualify 1,500 participants through over 7,500 training hours. This initiative is designed to equip participants with essential skills and competencies necessary to deliver exemplary services to pilgrims.

The program underscores the institute's commitment to developing human resources and enhancing crowd management during the Hajj and Umrah seasons. Through structured training programs, the initiative seeks to build essential staff competencies and improve the quality of services offered to pilgrims.
