Makkah: The General Directorate of Passports in Makkah and the holy sites deployed mobile electronic service teams to verify the identities of lost pilgrims and those admitted to hospitals across the holy sites during the Hajj season.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the teams used advanced biometric fingerprint verification devices to successfully identify individuals at guidance centers and healthcare facilities.
