Riyadh: The General Directorate of Passports has issued 22,894 administrative decisions during Rabi Al-Awwal 1448 AH against both citizens and residents found in violation of residency, labor, and border security regulations. These decisions have resulted in penalties that include imprisonment, fines, and deportation.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the directorate has emphasized the importance of compliance with these regulations and has urged all citizens, residents, business owners, and individuals to refrain from transporting, employing, or providing shelter to violators. Additionally, individuals are discouraged from concealing violators or assisting them in obtaining employment, housing, or transportation.

The directorate has also called for public cooperation in reporting violators of residency, labor, and border security regulations. Individuals in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern regions can report violations by calling 911, while those in other parts of the Kingdom should call 999. The authorities assure that all reports will be handled with complete confidentiality, and reporters will not face any liability.
