Pakistani President Receives Saudi Investment Minister

President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari received Saudi Minister of Investment Eng. Khalid Al-Falih, along with his accompanying delegation from both the public and private sectors, at the presidential palace in Islamabad during an official visit to Pakistan. Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Maliki attended the meeting.

During the meeting, President Zardari welcomed the Saudi delegation, while Al-Falih conveyed the greetings of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to the Pakistani president.

They reviewed cooperation and mutual commitment of both nations to developing ties in various key investment sectors, including agriculture, minerals, and information technology, as well as other areas of mutual interest. The two sides also discussed ways to enhance unique investment opportunities available in both cou
ntries.
