The International Falcon Breeders Auction 2024 is witnessing broad Saudi participation, with over 13 local production farms showcasing elite falcon breeds. This remarkable engagement constitutes a significant growth in the number of participating Saudi farms in the auction compared to the previous year. Naif Abdulmohsen Al Masoud from the Al-Nader Center for Falcons attributes the noticeable increase in the number of local production farms and falcons participating in the auction to the strategy adopted by the Saudi Falcons Club to assist producers. Al Masoud highlighted the significant facilitations provided by the club to the producers, clearly contributing to the enhancement of the quality of the local production. He underlined the allocation of a section in the Mazayen competition for the local production category at the King Abdulaziz Falconry Festival. The auction, spanning 20 days, attracts over 35 production farms from 16 countries worldwide and continues until August 24 at the headquarters of the S audi Falcons Club in Malham, north of Riyadh. This event, the largest of its kind globally, constitutes a trusted and secure international platform where falconers and falcon producers meet annually, further solidifying the Kingdom's status as a global destination for falconers and falcons.
