Riyadh: Today continued the fourth edition of the ‘Black Hat’ Middle East and Africa 2025 (Black Hat MEA 2025) event, organized by the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones (SAFCSP) and Tahaluf Company-a partnership between the Federation, the Investment Events Fund, and Informa International. The event drew significant international participation, underscoring the Kingdom’s growing stature as a global hub for the cybersecurity industry.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the second day featured intensive technical sessions and workshops that explored cutting-edge digital defense strategies, the role of artificial intelligence in enhancing cybersecurity, and the latest developments in financial and institutional security. Experts also addressed emerging global cyberattack trends and evolving methods used by threat actors.

The strong turnout highlighted the Kingdom’s progress in developing world-class cybersecurity infrastructure and its capability to host major international specialized events. The sessions emphasized modern cybersecurity trends and the importance of building national expertise capable of confronting advanced threats.

Black Hat MEA 2025 will conclude tomorrow with sessions presenting sophisticated attack simulations, AI-driven response tools, and discussions on the technologies shaping the future of global cybersecurity.
