On Behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, HRH the Crown Prince Hosts Annual Hajj Reception for Heads of State, Senior Officials, and Guests

Mina palace: On behalf of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, hosted the annual reception for heads of state, senior Islamic figures, and guests at the Royal Court in Mina Palace. The event welcomed heads of delegations and pilgrim affairs offices who performed Hajj this year.

According to Saudi Press Agency, notable attendees included the President of Albania Bajram Begaj, President of Chad Mahamat Idriss D©by Itno, Vice President of Trkiye Cevdet Yilmaz, Prime Minister of Egypt Mostafa Madbouly, Vice President of the Maldives Hussain Mohamed Latheef, Prime Minister of Mauritania Mokhtar Ould Djay, and Prime Minister of Guinea Amadou Oury Bah. The ceremony began with verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a speech from Crown Prince Mohammed, emphasizing Saudi Arabia's role in caring for the Two Holy Mosques and serving their visitors.

Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Tawfig Al-Rabiah, outlined the preparations and efforts for Hajj, highlighting the Kingdom's dedication to enhancing the pilgrim experience. This year saw significant advancements in service development, crowd management, and infrastructure. Over 60 government entities collaborated to ensure a successful Hajj season, marked by the 'No Hajj Without a Permit' campaign and improvements in transportation, energy, and health sectors.

The reception also featured speeches from prominent Islamic figures, emphasizing Hajj's significance in fostering unity within the Muslim community. Sheikh Dr. Mabrouk Zaid El-Khair of the Muslim World League praised the Kingdom's efforts in serving the Two Holy Mosques, while Abdeljabbar Er-Rachidi from Morocco commended the Kingdom's leadership under Vision 2030, enhancing services for pilgrims.

The event concluded with a luncheon attended by all guests, providing an opportunity for international leaders to engage with HRH the Crown Prince.
