Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman strongly condemned and denounced the criminal and treacherous attacks targeting Makkah, stressing its absolute rejection of any violation of the sanctity of the holy sites or any threat to the safety of Umrah performers.

According to Saudi Press Agency, in a statement issued by the Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Thursday, Oman also expressed its solidarity with Saudi Arabia and support for the measures taken by the Kingdom to protect its security, stability, and sovereignty.
