OIC and Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Hold Two Workshops to Improve Performance Quality of Workers in Service of Pilgrims

Jeddah: The Secretariat General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), in cooperation with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in the Kingdom, held two virtual training workshops today. The first workshop was entitled ASAS, and the second was titled TERHAB. The workshops aim to raise the awareness of the organizers and providers of Hajj services and improve the performance of those working in the services of pilgrims to enable them to provide quality services. Representatives of the OIC Member States, as well as officials and representatives of the Hajj Ministries of the Member States, attended the training. Additionally, a number of relevant OIC institutions and bodies participated in the meeting. These two workshops are part of the cooperation program between the OIC General Secretariat and the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah for this year's Hajj season 1445H.
