Makkah: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has unveiled 30 new services through the Nusuk application for the Hajj season 1447 AH, raising the total number of services to over 130. This initiative aims to streamline the pilgrim journey by integrating digital solutions with relevant entities, facilitating access to essential services and information regarding rituals and transportation within Makkah and the holy sites.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the newly introduced services include the Nusuk AI tool, renowned for its precision in addressing Islamic jurisprudence, particularly in Hajj and Umrah matters. This service allows pilgrims to seek guidance on Hajj, Umrah, and related services, offering direct answers to enhance their planning and execution of rituals.

Additionally, the app features the Nusuk Maps service, an interactive tool that assists pilgrims in pinpointing locations and services, determining their current position and campsite, and navigating to desired destinations via optimal routes.

Further services encompass the digital Mutawwif service and crowd density monitoring, utilizing advanced technology to track Tawaf and Sa'i rounds and distances accurately. Real-time crowd data and optimal route suggestions are also provided, along with coordination services for pilgrim movement and schedules, ensuring efficient transport between Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah, and the Jamarat.

The Pilgrim Journey service offers educational content in multiple formats and languages, while the Sacrificial Offerings service allows users to request and purchase sacrifices directly through the app, including Udhiyah, Hady, charity, Fidyah, and Aqeeqah.

The Nusuk application serves over 51 million users globally, providing a comprehensive digital platform for guidance, transportation, care, and support throughout the Hajj journey. This development is part of ongoing efforts to enhance the digital Hajj experience, ensuring pilgrims can perform their rituals with ease and peace of mind.
