Niger Foreign Minister, Ambassador Al-Harbi Discuss Enhancing Cooperation

Saudi Ambassador to Niger Zaid bin Makhlid Al-Harbi met today with Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Nigeriens Abroad, Bakary Yaou Sangaré. During the meeting in Niamey, they explored means to advance bilateral relations and cooperation and also discussed topics of mutual concern. The minister expressed appreciation for the support provided by Saudi Arabia to Niger. Sangaré also commended Saudi Arabia's initiative to host a donor conference to support displaced persons and refugees in the Sahel and Lake Chad Region, scheduled to take place in October 2024.
