Munich: The National Industrial Development and Logistics Program (NIDLP), in collaboration with Invest Saudi, is participating for the third consecutive year in the international ‘Transport Logistic’ exhibition, held in Munich, Germany, from June 2 to 5.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the exhibition is one of the world’s premier events in transportation, logistics, and supply-chain management technologies. It brings together global decision-makers, experts, and investors under one roof to explore the latest innovations in this vital sector.
NIDLP’s participation underscores Saudi Arabia’s transformative journey in the transport and logistics sector by showcasing key initiatives, enabling programs, and major investment opportunities. The program aims to reinforce the Kingdom’s position as a global logistics hub linking three continents, while supporting the development of efficient and resilient supply chains and attracting high-value partnerships and investments.
The Saudi pavilion will host a variety of activities, including live-streamed technical workshops, the signing of strategic agreements, and the presentation of over 100 investment opportunities tailored to the logistics sector. It will also spotlight pioneering national initiatives in infrastructure, digital transformation, and integrated logistics, highlighting Saudi Arabia’s emergence as a preferred destination in global supply chains.
The strategic participation offers a platform to showcase the Kingdom’s achievements in transport and logistics, expand global trade relations, and enhance Saudi Arabia’s competitiveness in the global economy.
Launched in 2019, NIDLP aims to position Saudi Arabia as a leading industrial power and logistics platform through four main sectors: energy, mining, industry, and logistics. It also focuses on two key enablers-Industry 4.0 and local content-to maximize the economic impact of these sectors.
