Riyadh: Under the patronage of Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed Al-Hogail, the National Housing Company (NHC) has entered into a residential real-estate development agreement with Hassan Allam Properties. The agreement, valued at over SAR3 billion, involves an integrated project that includes commercial and mixed-use components situated within the Khuzam Destination area, located north of Riyadh.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the agreement was signed during NHC’s participation as a founding partner in the Cityscape Global 2025 exhibition. The project spans over 200,000 square meters and will feature 2,600 residential apartments along with mixed-use commercial components. It is designed to adhere to quality of life standards, ensuring that it integrates comprehensively with the commercial and entertainment facilities available within the Khuzam Destination.
