NDMC Concludes December Issuance in Saudi SAR-Denominated Sukuk Program

Riyadh: The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) announced the closure of the December 2025 issuance under the Saudi Arabian government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The total amount allocated was SAR7.016 billion.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Sukuk issuance was divided into five tranches. The first tranche has a size of SAR1.236 billion maturing in 2027. The second tranche amounts to SAR335 million and will mature in 2029. The third tranche is set at SAR1.180 billion, with a maturity year of 2032. The fourth tranche holds a size of SAR1.692 billion, maturing in 2036, while the fifth and largest tranche is SAR2.573 billion, maturing in 2039.
