Nazaha Launches Comprehensive Oversight Tours Ahead of Hajj Season

Makkah: Vice President of the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) Dr. Bandar AbalKhail conducted inspection visits yesterday to Makkah and Madinah regions. The visits are part of Nazaha's comprehensive oversight activities, implemented in line with leadership directives and ongoing efforts to serve pilgrims and enable them to perform their rituals with ease, comfort, and tranquillity.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the tour aimed to verify that relevant entities have completed all necessary arrangements and preparations to serve pilgrims in Makkah, Madinah, and the holy sites, as well as at entry points by land, sea, and air. It also assessed the extent of compliance with operational plans for the 1447 AH Hajj season.

The visits come within Nazaha's oversight efforts to monitor the performance of government entities participating in Hajj operations. These efforts contribute to enhancing service quality and improving coordination among relevant authorities.

Nazaha affirmed its commitment to continuing field oversight activities throughout the Hajj season. This ensures the highest standards of quality and efficiency in services provided to pilgrims and enables them to perform their rituals with ease and tranquillity.

The authority also provides a service during the Hajj season to receive reports and observations and address them promptly via the toll-free number (980) or through its official digital platforms.
