Riyadh: The 10th comprehensive inspection campaign targeting fuel stations and service centers across 23 cities and governorates in the Kingdom was launched on Sunday: Organized by the permanent executive committee for fuel stations and service centers, the four-week campaign involves more than 300 inspectors from 11 government agencies. It coincides with the arrival of pilgrims for Hajj and the upcoming Eid Al-Adha holiday, ensuring service readiness during this peak period.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the campaign focuses on monitoring the compliance of fuel station and service center operators with key regulatory requirements. These include the availability of petroleum products, ensuring their quality and conformity with approved specifications by sampling various types of gasoline, diesel, and lubricants. Inspectors will also check for required licenses, permits, and the maintenance and operational status of mosques and their facilities at the service centers.
The committee urged consumers to report any observations related to fuel stations and service centers by contacting the Ministry of Energy’s partner care center at 1914 or 8001244777, via the partner service app available on the App Store and Google Play, or through the committee’s X platform account (@FSEC_KSA).
Chaired by the Ministry of Energy, the committee includes representatives from the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services, Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Media, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
