The National eLearning Center (NeLC) launched the "MicroX" short university programs initiative today as part of the Human Capability Development Program, one of the Saudi Vision 2030 realization programs. This initiative aims to equip individuals with skills aligned with the rapid changes in the job market, develop national competencies, and enhance the capabilities of Saudi citizens to improve their global competitiveness. The "MicroX" initiative, implemented by the NeLC, offers 350 short university programs through the FutureX digital education and training platform. Saudi universities will provide these programs in alignment with the needs and requirements of the Saudi job market, ensuring they keep pace with rapid changes. This initiative reflects the Kingdom's leadership's commitment to developing human capital and enhancing the capabilities of both male and female citizens, in pursuit of one of the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030: to strengthen the global competitiveness of Saudi citizens.
