Makkah: The National Center for Security Operations received a total of 2,888,032 calls via the unified emergency number 911 in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and Eastern regions during June 2025.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the unified security operations centers (911) manage emergency calls and dispatch them to the relevant security and service authorities using advanced automated systems. These centers are operated by a highly trained, multilingual team working around the clock.

The breakdown of call volumes by region shows that 978,593 calls originated from the Makkah Region, 241,699 from the Madinah Region, 1,154,141 from the Riyadh Region, and 513,599 from the Eastern Region.
