Riyadh: Secretary-General of the Muslim World League (MWL) and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa inspected the first phase of construction of the Islamic Center in Auckland, New Zealand.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the center includes a mosque, Quran memorization classrooms, and lecture halls, including a dedicated hall for interfaith dialogue and the celebration of Islamic and national occasions, in support of coexistence and community cohesion efforts that embody Islam's values of harmony and peace.
