Riyadh: The Music Commission on Sunday officially concluded its month-long Summer Piano Intensive at the Saudi Music Hub in Riyadh. Led by internationally acclaimed pianist Lang Lang, the program included intensive workshops, one-on-one and group mentoring sessions, and live performance opportunities, designed to develop participants’ musical skills.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the program is part of the commission’s efforts to nurture national talent and promote excellence in music education by offering world-class instruction under the guidance of globally recognized artists and specialized academics.
CEO of the commission Paul Pacifico stated that this qualitative program reaffirms the commission’s ongoing commitment to providing educational opportunities that enrich the national artistic and cultural landscape. He commended the program for contributing to building a qualified artistic foundation capable of excelling both within the Kingdom and on the global stage. Pacifico added that the program helped foster a culture of creativity and develop artistic competencies in line with the goals of Vision 2030.
