Dammam: The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing has confirmed that municipalities across the Kingdom have completed their preparations to welcome Eid al-Fitr 1447 AH. These preparations involve setting up hundreds of locations in parks, public squares, and walkways to ensure a festive setting for both residents and visitors during the Eid holidays.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the ministry highlighted that the preparations include readying municipal parks and gardens to host visitors, activating public squares for various events and activities, and installing Eid decorations and lighting along main roads, squares, and public parks. This contributes to a lively festive atmosphere throughout cities and governorates.

The ministry also noted that the accompanying programs will offer a variety of entertainment and cultural activities during the Eid period. These activities encompass artistic and folkloric performances, children's theater and interactive shows, parades featuring cartoon characters, and recreational activities for children. Additionally, gifts will be distributed to visitors at the celebration sites.
