Jazan: Patrols of the General Administration of Mujahideen in Jazan Region arrested a Yemeni resident for transporting four Yemeni nationals who had violated border security regulations. The four violators were detained and referred to the relevant authorities after legal procedures were initiated, while the resident was referred to the Public Prosecution.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the General Administration of Mujahideen's official spokesperson stated that anyone who facilitates the entry of border security violators into Saudi Arabia, transports them within the Kingdom, shelters them, or provides them with any form of assistance or service faces penalties of up to 15 years in prison and a fine of up to SAR1 million. Penalties also include confiscation of the vehicle and accommodation used to shelter violators and publication of the offender's name.

The spokesperson highlighted that such acts constitute major crimes warranting arrest and are considered violations of honor and integrity. He urged the public to report violations of residency, labor, and border security regulations by calling 911 in the Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and Eastern regions, and 999 or 996 in other regions of the Kingdom. All reports are treated with complete confidentiality, with no liability for the informant.
