More than 49,000 pilgrims received medical treatment services

Mina-- The Ministry of Health has provided medical and treatment services for (49,439) pilgrims from Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1st until today, through hospitals and health centers in Makkah, Arafat, Muzdalifah, Madinah, Jeddah and Taif.

The Ministry indicated that pilgrims benefited from these qualitative specialized treatment services including (5) open-heart surgeries, (93) cardiac catheterization, (256) dialysis operations, (5) endoscopy operations, and (149) surgical operations, while (400) pilgrims were admitted to hospitals.

The Virtual Health Hospital participated in providing a number of virtual services including (4) cases of stroke diagnosis, one remote critical care case, and one remote radiology case, while the number of beneficiaries of the immediate consultation services (My Health App) reached (1533) pilgrims until the end of 6/12/1443 AH.
