Jeddah: The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Business France, the French agency for business development, on the sidelines of Biban Forum 2025 in Riyadh under the theme ‘Global Destination for Opportunities.’
According to Saudi Press Agency, the MoU aims to design specialized capacity building and development programs, organize joint workshops, and connect Saudi and French companies seeking international expansion with business accelerators and project incubators in both countries, thereby enhancing integration between their entrepreneurial ecosystems.
Monsha’at Governor Sami Al Hussaini and Business France Regional Middle East Managing Director Axel Baroux signed the agreement.
The partnership reflects Monsha’at’s commitment to expanding international cooperation and enabling small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to leverage global expertise, enhancing their competitiveness and opening broader opportunities for growth and expansion.
