Monshaat Organizes Social Entrepreneurship Week with Participation of Over 44 Public, Private Entities

Riyadh: The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monshaat), in collaboration with the National Center for Non-Profit Sector and the Social Development Bank, is set to launch the Social Entrepreneurship Week from June 14 to 18. This event is part of Monshaat's business weeks series and aims to underscore the significance of the social entrepreneurship sector. It seeks to empower small and medium enterprises by enhancing their growth and sustainability while facilitating connections between entrepreneurs and social investment opportunities and specialized partnerships within the sector.

According to Saudi Press Agency, more than 44 entities from the public, private, and non-profit sectors are expected to participate in the event. The gathering will also include several organizations dedicated to supporting and specializing in social investment and community development.

The Social Entrepreneurship Week is scheduled to take place at SME support centers located in Riyadh, Madinah, Jeddah, Al-Khobar, and Aseer. The program will comprise over eight main sessions, 50 entrepreneurial meetings, specialized advisory sessions, and exhibition participants. The event will also feature the involvement of numerous officials, experts, and specialists, offering a comprehensive platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration.
