Monsha’at Launches ‘Law Week’ at SME Support Center in Jeddah

Jeddah: The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha'at), in collaboration with the Saudi Bar Association, launched "Law Week" today. The initiative aims to raise legal awareness among entrepreneurs and business owners, enhancing their ability to navigate regulatory requirements associated with establishing, operating, and growing their businesses.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the week-long event features a series of keynote sessions, entrepreneurial gatherings, and specialized consultations involving government entities, private-sector organizations, and a select group of legal experts and practitioners. The activities are being held at SME support centers in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, and Al-Khobar, alongside supplementary events in Tabuk, Qassim, and Yanbu.

The "Law Week" initiative explores legal options available during financial disputes and examines the role of legislative frameworks in protecting enterprises and ensuring business continuity. Through specialized sessions and dialogues bringing together officials and specialists, the event also addresses dispute resolution solutions across various commercial and investment sectors.
