Jeddah: The National Center for Meteorology has forecast moderate to heavy rain, leading to flash floods, accompanied by hail and gusty winds in parts of Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, and Makkah, with a chance of fog forming over parts of the highlands of these regions and the coastal parts of Madinah. Thunderstorms are expected in parts of Eastern and Najran regions, while dust-stirring winds will blow in these parts, along with Riyadh, Madinah, and Al-Jouf regions.
According to Saudi Press Agency, winds over the Red Sea will be northwesterly to northerly at speeds of 20-55 km/h. Waves may range from one meter to two and a half meters; the sea will be relatively calm to choppy. In the Arabian Gulf, winds will be northwesterly to westerly at speeds of 15-30 km/h. Waves may range from half a meter to one and a half meters, and the sea will be relatively calm.
