Ministry of Islamic Affairs in Madinah Welcomes First Pilgrims from Egypt and Indonesia

Madinah: The Madinah branch of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance welcomed the first groups of pilgrims from Egypt and Indonesia upon their arrival at the Pilgrims City in Khaybar Governorate on Tuesday as part of the ministry’s operational plan for the 1446 Hajj season.

According to Saudi Press Agency, nine buses carrying more than 200 pilgrims arrived at the city, where their reception was organized, movements were facilitated, and their needs met from the moment of arrival until their departure to their next destinations.

Field teams distributed awareness and guidance materials, while several pilgrims praised Saudi Arabia’s extensive efforts in serving pilgrims.

The initiative is part of an integrated system implemented by the ministry to provide pilgrims with optimal services and a well-organized environment during Hajj, which enables them to perform their rituals with comfort and peace of mind, in line with its mission to serve pilgrims.
