Ministry of Human Resources Launches Initiative to Enhance Pilgrims’ Experience at Jadidat Arar Border Crossing

Jadidat arar: The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has announced a new initiative designed to offer an integrated system of services for pilgrims entering the Kingdom via the Jadidat Arar border crossing. This move is part of the ministry's continuous efforts to elevate the quality of services available to pilgrims.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the initiative is structured to support pilgrims from their arrival until their departure, featuring an array of services such as reception, organization, and renowned Saudi hospitality. The program also includes the distribution of gifts, embodying the Kingdom's values of generosity and hospitality.

A significant focus of the initiative is on the elderly and persons with disabilities, with provisions for specially equipped transport and trained personnel dedicated to their support. This ensures that these groups experience comfort and ease during their pilgrimage.

The initiative also emphasizes voluntary work by recruiting, training, and deploying volunteers to various roles. These roles include distributing meals and gifts, thereby enhancing the quality of service and enriching the overall experience for pilgrims.
