According to Saudi Press Agency, Prince Abdulaziz emphasized that the Kingdom's participation reflects the generous support the sports sector receives from the leadership. He noted that this support has driven marked progress across sports, including winter sports, which have seen rapid growth in recent years in organization, practice, and international representation. He stated that the Olympic participation marks an important milestone in building and developing the Kingdom's winter sports system. It offers Saudi athletes a chance to compete with the world's best, helping raise their technical readiness, develop their experience, and strengthen Saudi presence at international Olympic events.
