Ankara: Minister of Justice Walid Al-Samaani discussed with Turkish Minister of Justice Akin Grlek during an official visit to the Republic of Trkiye ways to strengthen judicial and legal cooperation between the two countries and activate the areas of the memorandum of understanding signed between the two ministries of justice, supporting the exchange of expertise and experiences and advancing cooperation in areas of mutual interest.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the two sides reviewed several areas of cooperation, including digital transformation, judicial training, knowledge exchange, and professional visits among specialists, as well as the development of judicial services and procedures.

During the visit, Al-Samaani toured the Constitutional Court of Trkiye, where he met with its President Kadir -zkaya and was briefed on the court's work and jurisdiction.

Both sides emphasized the importance of continuing coordination among the relevant authorities and of activating areas of cooperation in a manner that serves the mutual interests of the two countries.
