Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar Alkhorayef met today with Socialist Republic of Vietnam Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh to discuss strengthening economic ties between the two countries and exploring opportunities for collaboration in the industrial and mining sectors. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the eighth Future Investment Initiative (FII) conference held in Riyadh.

Alkhorayef emphasized that attracting quality investments is a core component of achieving the objectives of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. He highlighted how such investments are pivotal to diversifying the national economy and showcased promising investment opportunities in Saudi Arabia, particularly in the industry and mining sectors.

Alkhorayef further noted that Saudi Arabia has developed its investment environment to meet the latest global standards, implementing several measures to enhance competitiveness, including updates to the investment law aimed at attracting more local and foreign investment.
