New York:Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Cabinet Member, and Climate Envoy Adel Al-Jubeir met with Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed on the sidelines of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.

According to Saudi Press Agency, during the meeting, Al-Jubeir congratulated Ahmed on assuming his new position and extended his best wishes for success in his duties.

The discussions between Al-Jubeir and Ahmed included a review of the cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the OIC across various fields. They also addressed key regional and international developments of mutual interest.
