Riyadh: Minister of Media Salman Al-Dossary received Chairman of the UAE National Media Office Sheikh Abdulla bin Mohammed Al Hamed at his office in the Saudi Press Agency headquarters in Riyadh today. Sheikh Abdulla was accompanied by several officials.
According to Saudi Press Agency, during the meeting, the two sides discussed various areas of media cooperation between the two countries and explored ways to strengthen these ties, as well as opportunities for development and the exchange of expertise. They reviewed the role of various media platforms in creating content that highlights the brotherly and historical ties between the two countries, aligning with their leaderships’ aspirations to reinforce the concept of unity and media integration among Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
Minister Al-Dossary emphasized that this meeting is part of efforts to enhance bilateral media cooperation, unify the Gulf media message, and coordinate efforts across media platforms with professionalism and shared princip
les. He underscored the importance of leveraging modern technological capabilities to develop media messages.
For his part, Sheikh Abdulla highlighted that media cooperation between the two brotherly nations serves as a bridge for communication, growth, and prosperity, and is a vital tool in achieving the visionary goals of their leaderships.
