Media Authority Showcases Saudi Islamic Heritage to International Media During Hajj Season

Riyadh: The General Authority for Media Regulation conducted field tours for international media delegations, including representatives from Egypt, Singapore, Morocco, Iraq, and Indonesia, as part of the program of visits for media delegations covering the 1447 AH Hajj Season.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the tours included visits to the International Fair and Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization, the Best of Creation Museum, the Madinah Research and Studies Center, the King Fahd Glorious Qur'an Printing Complex, and the Prophet's Mosque Architecture Exhibition.

The delegations viewed scientific and documentary content reflecting the history of Madinah and its cultural landmarks, underscoring its cultural and Islamic significance, as well as a photo exhibition documenting various historical stages of Madinah and its urban and cultural development through the ages.

These tours come within the authority's efforts to highlight the civilizational and cultural heritage of Makkah and Madinah before international media, contributing to conveying the Kingdom's civilizational image to various cultures in a professional and credible manner.
