Riyadh: The Saudi Ports Authority (Mawani) has obtained the ISO 37000 certification in corporate governance, reflecting its commitment to the highest standards of governance and global best practices.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the certification is an international benchmark focusing on enhancing accountability, oversight, and improving institutional performance. The achievement underscores the authority’s efforts to promote transparency, align with international standards, improve institutional efficiency, and develop accountability and oversight. It is also a testimony to Mawani’s dedication to supporting innovation, sustainable development, and strengthening its relationship with stakeholders.

The ISO 37000 certification is a culmination of the authority’s continuous efforts to establish the Kingdom as a global logistics hub, in line with the objectives of the National Transport and Logistics Strategy and Saudi Vision 2030.
