Riyadh: The Islamic Republic of Mauritania strongly condemned the attack on a Saudi oil tanker while transiting the Strait of Hormuz, as well as the simultaneous attacks targeting the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the State of Kuwait, and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

According to Saudi Press Agency, in a statement issued yesterday by its Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mauritania affirmed its full solidarity with the brotherly countries and reiterated its firm rejection of all hostile acts that threaten the security and stability of the region and the safety of international navigation.
