Makkah: Makkah is launching its highly anticipated 2025 winter camping season, solidifying its position as one of the region’s most prominent recreational events. This seasonal launch enhances the diversity of the local tourism experience, aligning with Vision 2030’s goals to develop domestic tourism and expand entertainment options across the Kingdom.

According to Saudi Press Agency, this year’s season features more than 150 winter camps strategically distributed across the picturesque valleys, mountain slopes, and desert areas near Makkah. The camps cater to all needs, ranging from fully equipped outdoor seating areas and designated zones for families and outdoor enthusiasts, to luxurious hotel tents complete with living facilities, restrooms, kitchenettes, heaters, and dedicated barbecue areas.

To ensure a safe and sustainable experience, relevant authorities, including the Holy Makkah Municipality, are conducting awareness campaigns focusing on visitor safety, reducing violations, and protecting the environment.
