Riyadh: Malaysian couple Muhammad Fadhil and Hanan Yousuf began their spiritual journey to perform Hajj, expressing gratitude for the comprehensive services provided by Saudi Arabia through the Makkah Route Initiative in Malaysia.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Muhammad, a general practitioner in Kuala Lumpur, said he chose to benefit from the initiative after learning about it through media outlets. He noted that the automated procedures and direct reception by Saudi staff had facilitated his journey and increased confidence in the overall Hajj arrangements.
He added that accommodation and baggage handling had been arranged in advance, allowing him and his wife, Hanan, to begin their Hajj journey to Makkah with comfort and reassurance. Muhammad expressed his appreciation to the Saudi government and the teams at Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
Hanan also expressed her gratitude to everyone who contributed to making their trip easier, praising the clarity of the procedures and the smooth travel process from departure to arrival.
Hanan said the exceptional experience eased the burden of travel and allowed her to focus fully on worship in a spiritually peaceful environment.
