Makkah: Deputy Governor of Makkah Region and Vice Chairman of the Permanent Committee for Hajj and Umrah Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz announced the success of Hajj 1447 AH, emphasizing that the season witnessed comprehensive security, organization, and services that enabled pilgrims to perform their rituals with ease and tranquility.

According to Saudi Press Agency, on behalf of Governor of Makkah Region and Chairman of the Permanent Committee for Hajj and Umrah Prince Khalid bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz and Minister of Interior and Chairman of the Supreme Hajj Committee Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, the deputy governor extended his congratulations to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on the occasion of the successful Hajj season.

Prince Saud affirmed that the exceptional success achieved was due to the blessings of Allah Almighty, followed by the unlimited support, wise guidance, and extensive resources provided by the leadership, alongside meticulous oversight across all stages of planning and implementation.

He stated that the Hajj season reflected a nation working with sincerity and dedication to serve the pilgrims, noting that the holy sites operated in an organized and harmonious manner that embodied the integrated efforts of all participating entities. He added that this year's success confirmed the Kingdom's ability to manage massive crowds efficiently, allowing pilgrims to perform their rituals in an atmosphere of security, tranquility, and care befitting the sanctity of the place and time.

Prince Saud emphasized that the success of Hajj does not mark the end of work, but rather the beginning of new responsibilities and a renewed annual commitment to maintaining the Kingdom's position as a beacon of security and generosity in service to Islam and Muslims.

In concluding his announcement of the successful Hajj season, he prayed to Allah Almighty to perpetuate the Kingdom's security, glory, and stability, to protect its leadership, and to bless the efforts of all those who contributed to the success of the Hajj season.
