Madinah: The Madinah Regional Municipality and the University of Business and Technology (UBT) have announced the publication of an academic case study that captures the municipality's journey through institutional transformation. This detailed study has been made accessible through The Case Centre, an esteemed international platform known for its focus on educational case studies in management and business.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the case study delves into the municipality's transformation efforts initiated in 2020. It provides an in-depth analysis of the practices that have enhanced institutional performance, focusing on areas such as governance, strategic planning, performance management, organizational health, capacity building, and change management.

The publication underscores the collaboration between the government sector and academic institutions, aiming to document practical experiences and convert them into educational content.
