London: The International Customer Experience Awards 2025 held in London has named Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah Health Cluster a Gold Winner in two categories. The awards featured participation from leading global organizations in healthcare services and excellence.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the cluster earned the Gold award for Best Citizen Experience – Over 5,000 Employees for its Moeen initiative launched by Yanbu General Hospital. The program focuses on services for senior citizens, with the cluster enhancing their healthcare journey and applying best practices in patient care, reflecting its commitment to Saudi Vision 2030 in developing the health sector and improving beneficiary satisfaction.
The cluster’s second award was in the Customers at the Heart of Everything – Strategic Approach category for its health advisory council initiative, which represents an advanced model of partnership among various entities in Madinah Region, bringing together the voice of citizens, service providers, and decision-makers at the same table.
The International Customer Experience Awards are among the world’s leading honors recognizing outstanding achievement in customer experience, judged by an international panel of experts in innovation, client satisfaction, and organizational sustainability.
