Riyadh: The Made in Saudi Expo 2025 held at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham ended Wednesday. The Saudi Export Development Authority, through its Made in Saudi program, concluded the expo’s third edition. Running from December 15 to 17, the event saw wide participation from government and private entities, alongside leading national manufacturers and industry leaders.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Syria, as the guest of honor, participated under the theme ‘We Resemble Each Other,’ with an official delegation led by Syrian Minister of Economy and Industry Mohammad Nidal al-Shaar. The Syrian pavilion hosted 25 companies across multiple industrial sectors, highlighting opportunities for industrial cooperation and integration between Saudi Arabia and Syria.
Saudi Export Development Authority Chief Executive Abdulrahman Al-Thukair said the expo attracted significant turnout and strategic partnerships that reflect the strength of the national industry and its competitiveness in global markets. He added that the event showcased the growing stature of Saudi products.
The authority, through the Made in Saudi program, continues to empower national industries and enhance their access to regional and international markets, supporting the national economy and promoting non-oil exports.
The expo saw the signing of more than 100 agreements and memoranda of understanding between government entities and local and international companies, underlining the industrial sector’s momentum and strengthening opportunities for commercial partnerships.
