A statistic report from the National Center for the Prevention and Control of Plant Pests and Animal Diseases in Rafha Governorate showed that the number of livestock in the region was a total of 2,337,143 cattle.
When breaking down figures, the report stated that there are 2,238,373 lambs, 79,572 goats, 19,098 camels, 64 cows and 29 horses, bringing the total number to 2,337,143.
The Rafha region has large livestock and various pastures, a home for millions of livestock. They are considered the most important economic components in the region on which business and investment can be built.
